We're still working on it...

Meet the people who are leading our management

The management of CONFAF – the National Confederation of Family Farmers and Rural Family Entrepreneurs – plays a strategic role in promoting family farming in Brazil. More than a union representative, CONFAF acts as a link between farmers and public policies, promoting coordinated actions that directly impact the lives of thousands of rural families.

Through democratic, participatory management, committed to the principles of social justice and sustainability, CONFAF develops projects and partnerships that facilitate access to rural credit, technical assistance, land regularization, professional training, and adequate infrastructure for the production and marketing of family farming products. Its work strengthens grassroots organizations, respecting the country's regional and cultural diversity.

Furthermore, CONFAF's management plays a decisive role in promoting the autonomy of farming families, encouraging sustainable, supportive, and inclusive production models. By prioritizing direct dialogue with rural communities and involving farmers themselves in decision-making processes, the Confederation ensures that its actions are aligned with the real demands of the Brazilian countryside.

More than just administration, CONFAF cares for, plans, and projects the future of family farming with those who live and work the land, becoming a protagonist in building a more just society, with strong and sustainable rural development.
